Founded in 1994, Jianyi Group was listed in 2016 (stock code: 002789). In December 2021, Zhuhai Zhengfang Group, a state-owned enterprise in Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City, officially entered the company and became the actual controller. It has now developed into an A-share listed group enterprise with A number of qualifications such as special grade of general contracting for construction projects and diversified development with the whole construction industry chain as the core. The group has been awarded the "National high-tech Enterprise" for many years, and now ranks fifth among the top 100 enterprises in China's building decoration industry.
